Again and again, there is talk about the importance of knowledge and experience. The complaint is especially loud when an experienced professional has resigned and leaves. When asked what they intend to do to end this misery, there is often lamentation. Where am I going to get the money? My wage costs are already very high. I cannot possibly pass on these costs to the customers. It seems that knowledge and experience have a problem. They are important, but cost too much. Where does this come from? What to do?
